Terms and Conditions

1 ) Deposits: A deposit of 20% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable if cancellation is made within the specified cancellation period.

2) Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for SUVs and 48 hours in advance for Sprinters and Limousines. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in the full charge for the trip.

3) Mechanical Breakdown: The Company is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

4) Damage Liability: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the Vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100.00 will be charged for each carpet or seat burn. A sanitation fee of $250.00 will apply for extensive cleaning needs.

5) Alcohol, Drug Use, and Smoking: Alcohol and Drug Use: Alcohol consumption and drug use are strictly prohibited by law. Any fines incurred as a result of alcohol or drug-related violations will be the responsibility of the customer. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A fee of $500 per day will be charged for smoking violations.

6) Late/Early AM Rate Surcharge: Pickups between 12:00am and 6:00am will be subject to a late/early AM rate surcharge of $20. C

7) Driver's Discretion: The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).

8) Safety Regulations: It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver.

9) Overtime Charges: Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.

10) Weather and Road Conditions: The Company is not responsible for delays or termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e., not salted, accidents, etc.).

11) Lost Items: The Company is not responsible for articles left in the Vehicle .

12) Payment: Balances are to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Changes and/or additions to the above listed itinerary will cause a change in the quoted rate.

13) Seating Capacity: Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Changes and/or additions to the above listed itinerary will cause a change in the quoted rate.
